Training Course
Concerning the course content the choice of the topics will be tailored for the target group’s needs. Moreover, the training material produced will be an open educational resource, accessible to every potential user on a wide scale through the e-learning platform, designed in order to be usable from various types of devices (computer; tablet; smartphone) as to allow the widest possible fruition by all social groups, regardless of their financial situation. It will be available for free in all partners’ languages during the implementation of the project and after the project lifetime through the project website.
The course methodology will follow the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), a teaching approach aimed at providing equal opportunities for success for all learners. The fundamental principle of UDL is that there isn’t a ‘standard’ person and that each individual learns differently based on personal story and growth, and on multiple factors: physical, emotional, behavioural, neurological and cultural. The aim of UDL is therefore to improve everyone’s educational experience by introducing more flexible methods of teaching and assessment and creating truly inclusive materials that can be adapted to all types of people. This approach will contribute to innovation in Vocational Education and Training (VET). VET centres and other training centres will be able to offer an innovative training course supported by digital tools able to make finance management accessible for everyone.
